Our quest for healthy lives and a new normal

 

    Follow us on our quest to get and stay healthy.  Upon retirement, we made two decisions. First, to improve our exercise habits and monitor activities more closely with fitbit trackers.  Next, we want to improve our eating habits by following a low-carb diet plan. Later our journey took a serious detour.  We’ve worked on reaching new goals but we hope to get back to the everyday goals that we started with when we retired.

    As we continue our journey we will report occasionally on activities, apps and recipes that work for us.  We will share anything we think will be successful for others.
