June 6, 2002 Beginning summer vacation with a new toy! As you can see we have a variety of projects going on this summer. One is to use my new digital camera to take lots of pictures from our gardens and various trips along the way.
Pretty as a postcard, these rhododendrons are among the latest flowers blooming in our yard. I hope to get pictures of all our plants as they come up around the house. Growing plants in a cool mountain climate is definitely a challenge. I've started a new painting of our angel in the back yard. A work in progress, this is our new "English Garden" in the back yard. If you look inside the arch you can see the angel. Last but not least, I hope to work on the family genealogy.
